The trademarks, trade names, or distinctive signs are owned by R. Margo 2020, S.L either by industrial or intellectual property, and access to the Portal does not grant any rights over the aforementioned trademarks, trade names, and/or distinctive signs.

3. Conditions of use of the portal
3.1 General
The User agrees to make proper use of the Portal in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice. The User will be responsible to R. Margo 2020, S.L or third parties for any damages that may arise as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.
The use of the Portal for harmful purposes of the assets or interests of R. Margo 2020, S.L or third parties, or that in any other way overload, damage, or disable the networks, servers, and other computer equipment (hardware) or software products and applications of R. Margo 2020, S.L or third parties is expressly prohibited.
3.2 Contents
The User agrees to use the Contents in accordance with the Law and this Legal Notice, as well as with any other conditions, regulations, and instructions that may apply in accordance with the provisions of clause 1.
By way of example, the User must refrain from:
- Reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, publicly communicating, transforming, or modifying the Contents except in cases permitted by law or expressly consented to by R. Margo 2020, S.L or by the holder of the exploitation rights in their case.
- Reproducing or copying for private use Contents that may be considered as Software or Database in accordance with current intellectual property legislation, as well as their public communication or making available to third parties when these acts necessarily imply reproduction by the User or a third party.
- Extracting and/or reusing all or a substantial part of the Contents of the Portal as well as the databases that R. Margo 2020, S.L makes available to Users.
3.3 Introduction of links to the Portal
The internet user who wishes to introduce links from their own web pages to the Portal must comply with the conditions detailed below, without ignorance of these conditions relieving them of the responsibilities arising from the Law:

4. Exclusion of responsibility
4.1 Regarding Information
R. Margo 2020, S.L is not responsible for decisions made based on the information provided on the Portal or for damages caused to the User or third parties due to actions solely based on the information obtained from the Portal.
4.2 Regarding the quality of the service
Access to the Portal does not imply any obligation on the part of R. Margo 2020, S.L to control the absence of viruses, worms, or any other harmful computer elements.
It is the User’s responsibility, in any case, to have adequate tools for detecting and disinfecting harmful computer programs.
R. Margo 2020, S.L is not responsible for damages caused to the computer equipment of Users or third parties during the provision of the Portal service.
4.3 Regarding the availability of the Service
Access to the Portal requires services and supplies from third parties, including transport through telecommunications networks, the reliability, quality, continuity, and operation of which are not the responsibility of R. Margo 2020, S.L. Consequently, the services provided through the Portal may be suspended, cancelled, or rendered inaccessible, prior to or simultaneously with the provision of the Portal service.
R. Margo 2020, S.L is not responsible for damages or losses of any kind suffered by the User arising from failures or disconnections in telecommunications networks that cause the suspension, cancellation, or interruption of the Portal service during its provision or beforehand.
4.4 Regarding the contents and services linked through the Portal
The service of access to the Portal includes technical linking devices, directories, and even search instruments that allow the User to access other pages and internet portals (hereinafter, 'Linked Sites'). In these cases, R. Margo 2020, S.L acts as a service provider of intermediation in accordance with Article 17 of Law 34/2002, of 12 July, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI) and will only be responsible for the contents and services provided on the Linked Sites to the extent that it has actual knowledge of the illegality and has not deactivated the link with due diligence. Should the User consider that there is a Linked Site with illegal or inappropriate contents, they may communicate this to R. Margo 2020, S.L in accordance with the procedure and effects established in clause 6, without this communication implying any obligation to remove the corresponding link.
In no case should the existence of Linked Sites imply the existence of agreements with the persons responsible or owners thereof, nor the recommendation, promotion, or identification of R. Margo 2020, S.L with the statements, contents or services provided.
R. Margo 2020, S.L does not know the contents and services of the Linked Sites and therefore is not responsible for damages caused by the illegality, quality, obsolescence, unavailability, error, and uselessness of the contents and/or services of the Linked Sites nor for any other damage that is not directly attributable to R. Margo 2020, S.L.

6. Communication of illegal and inappropriate activities
If the User or any other internet user becomes aware that the Linked Sites refer to pages whose contents or services are illegal, harmful, denigrating, violent, or contrary to morality, they may contact R. Margo 2020, S.L providing the following details:
1. Personal details of the notifier: name, address, phone number, and email address;
2. Description of the facts revealing the illegal or inappropriate nature of the Linked Site;
3. In the event of violation of rights such as intellectual and industrial property, the personal data of the holder of the infringed right when they are different from the notifier.
4. They must also provide the title that accredits the legitimacy of the rights holder and, where applicable, the representation to act on behalf of the holder when they are different from the notifier;
5. An express declaration that the information contained in the complaint is accurate.
The receipt by R. Margo 2020, S.L of the communication provided for in this clause shall not imply, as provided in the LSSI, actual knowledge of the activities and/or contents indicated by the notifier.
They must also provide the title that accredits the legitimacy of the rights holder and, where applicable, representation to act on behalf of the holder when they are different from the notifier.
7. Notifications
All notifications and communications made by the parties will be valid in accordance with the legally accepted means. Those relating to this Portal will be considered effective, for all purposes, if made through the Portal itself.
8. Modifications
R. Margo 2020, S.L reserves the right to make modifications it deems appropriate on its website without prior notice, being able to change, delete, or add both the contents and services provided through it as well as the way in which they are presented.
On the other hand, these terms and conditions may change at any time. The modifications will come into effect from the moment they are published.
9. Social Networks
R. Margo 2020, S.L is present on various social networks and platforms; therefore, when accessing any of these or other networks, it should be noted that the applicable terms of use are those established by each platform, in which R. Margo 2020, S.L does not intervene.
10. Legislation
This Legal Notice is governed in all its aspects by Spanish law. As long as the applicable law allows for the waiver of the established legal jurisdiction, the courts of Málaga are designated to resolve any disputes, with the user expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond.
